This is a 3 day car event which will be coming in Sept. This is located at LeMay Museum at Marymount in Washington.

Off-site preview of cars at Marymount Academy: 10:00 am-5:00 pm

Friday, September 11th
Registration/car preview, Bicentennial Pavilion: 9:00 am-5:00 pm
Invitation-only cocktail reception and private car preview: 5:00-6:00 pm
Auction, Bicentennial Pavilion: 6:30 pm-10:00 pm (approx)

Saturday, September 12th
Registration/car preview, Bicentennial Pavilion: 9:00 am-12:00 pm
Auction, Bicentennial Pavilion: 10:00 am-3:00 pm (approx)
Admission

* Members and non-members with a catalog: FREE
* Museum members with no catalog: $25 for a catalog, admits two.
* Non-members with no catalog: $40 for a catalog, admits two or purchase a Family Membership ($75) and receive a free catalog and admission for two!

*Please be ready to show your Museum membership card at any of the entrance locations.

National Chevy El Caminos 50th Anniversary Celebration
It’s official. The El Caminos Club, Bakersfield will host the National Chevy El Caminos 50th Anniversary Celebration, Oct 31 – Nov 1, 2009 at the historic Auto Club Famoso Raceway, 33559 Famoso Rd., McFarland, CA. The is an Open car show: any year, make, or model of car, truck, etc.Cost of the event is 59.00/ea and includes the concert. We are now taking reservations as this event will sell out fast.

The Car Show will run from 8AM to 3PM with the award ceremony at 2:30PM. The first group of registered vehicles will be parked on the drag strip in front next to the bandstand. The second group of registered vehicles will be placed on the Starting Lanes. Third group will be placed in the Grove, and the overflow will be parked next to the Vendor area. A fully-restored 1959 Chevy El Camino will be given away during the awards ceremony as well as other prizes.

Several bands will play during the day and the Concert will begin at 6PM. A big-budget concert is planned in the evening with a famous rock band as the headliner. VIP parking as well as overnight camping is available for 59.00/ea..

Location: Fairplex - LA County Fair and Exposition Complex

The Pomona Swap Meet and Car Show is for the antique auto enthusiast. You will find hundreds of vendors in over 3,000 vendor spaces selling tons of hard to find car parts and accessories at low swap meet prices.

Thousands of vehicles (many for sale, some just for show) from all across the country are displayed by their owners in five distinct Cars for Show & Sale Areas (Antique Autos - pre-75, Corvettes, Porsches, Street Rods and Volkswagens .)

The event is appealing to a diverse and international audience, with up to 20,000 buyers and spectators each show. People come from all over the globe just see the West Coast's Largest Antique Auto, Corvette, Porsche, Street Rod and Volkswagen Swap Meet and Car Show.
